Hi, I'm Michell Rodriguez — wife, proud mom of two, and fur mom to the sweetest dog named Toby. At home, I'm all about family. In real estate, I'm all about you.

My journey started over 15 years ago when I took my first step into the world of real estate as a leasing consultant at a new construction multifamily development. What began as a career quickly became a calling. I worked my way up from leasing consultant to Assistant Community Manager, and eventually managed entire communities on my own — because I genuinely loved every part of it.

Over the course of my career I leased up and managed over 5 multi-family communities across South Florida — garden-style, mid-rise, high-rise, and mixed-use developments. Each one was different, each one had its own personality, and I gave every single one my full dedication. I knew every floor plan, every amenity, every detail that made residents choose to call it home. That hands-on experience gave me an understanding of real estate that most agents simply don't have — and it's something I bring to every client I work with today.

On February 12, 2025, I made it official — I earned my real estate license. In my very first year I closed 6 combined transactions — and now in my second year, I was recognized as a #3 Top Producer in Rentals in Homestead at Lifestyle International Realty in March 2026. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and I specialize in Doral, Kendall, Cutler Bay, Homestead, and surrounding areas — communities I have been a part of for over a decade.
